Oversee the research staff and functions of Envisage, a start-up intellectual capital firm focused on providing state-of-the-art information mapping and consultative services to non-profit and corporate clients. Responsibilities include overseeing daily work flow of a growing data research team acting as liaison between client service professionals and data research team, drafting narratives on research results and editing narratives done by others, preparing presentation and marketing materials, editing/proofing client directed content, coaching on internet-based research techniques and enforcement of research and sourcing standards.

Preferred Experience / ประสบการณ์
• Knowledge of (and/or experience working on) Myanmar reform topics
• 3+ years working in a multi-national environment
• 3+ years results-based internet research techniques for professional or corporate projects
• 5+ years direct staff management/supervision
• 5+ years departmental or functional management responsibilities, with accountability for results, budget, functional/process improvements and strategic planning
• 3+ years working within southeast Asian culture/environs
• Must be able to work in Thailand, or willing to travel often between Myanmar and Thailand
